Silk screen
printing is a fantastic artistic technique to print t-shirt. The process is
easy, versatile and relatively cheap. So everyone should give it a go!

ArtWork
Choose favorable image or create design artwork with
computer graphics software and printed onto a transparent material using
printer.
2)
Screen
A screen frame is stretched with polyester screen fabric
called mesh.
3)
Stencil Preparation
Fabric is coated with emulsion (photo graphic material) and
artwork is transferred to the emulsion with using ultra-violet light. The image
is developed on the screen with water
4)
Printing
Screen is placed on top of clothes and the ink transferred
through the stencil with a squeegee.
5)
Curing / Drying
Printed clothes are run through a dryer or heater to cure
the ink. If the print is water based ink the clothes can be hung to dry.
