Heat Transfer Printing

Heat transfer also known as the "thermal transfer". It particularly suitable for making a small variety of personalized products, including full color images or photographs printed pattern. It is the principle of the pattern through the printer with special transfer ink printed on the transfer of special paper and using with special transfer machine. High temperature and high pressure will be transferred to the commodity pattern precise surface of finish product.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a printing process of the oldest and is so far the best effect of color pattern. Screen printing is the silk fabrics, synthetic fiber fabric or metal mesh stretched on the network box, making screen by using the method of hand carved photochemical plate or film.

Modern screen printing technology is making screen through the method of photolithography using photosensitive material (the screen hole to make the screen bolt holes, and part of the screen and non-verbal visual part of the blocked). Squeeze through the printing scraper, so that the ink is transferred to the substrate through the graphic part of the mesh, forming the same with the original graphic. Screen printing equipment is simple and with convenient operation, printing with plate making simple, low cost and adaptability.

Direct to garment also known as digital printing, is the latest fabric printing technology. Printing’s principle is very much like a desktop printer, only the paper into the fabric.
Digital printing machine through a special fabric bearing platform, the print head special fabric dye inks and special printing (for printing is more accurate). Patterns in the form of digital input to the computer, through the computer printing color painting system (CAD) editing, and then by the computer control of micro piezoelectric ink jet nozzle to special dye injected directly into textiles. The formation of the desired pattern must be on the fabric pre and post processing, such as color fixing, washing and drying, etc..

In addition to the dye digital printing ink without other consumables, so is the most economic, environmental protection, convenient way. But because of this technology is to dye directly into the fabric, so the fabric natural texture will affect the final pattern, precision and color saturation result also will different.
