Cap Materials

Our caps are available in two materials.
100% cotton baseball caps are extremely breathable which makes it excellent for hot weather.
100% polyester baseball caps that are more lightweight and exudes a more premium feel.

Parts of a Cap

Before customizing your cap, it will be good to know the different parts that make up a cap.

Panels
Panels are the parts that actually form the cap. There are usually 5 or 6 panels sewn together to form the main shape of the cap.

Eyelets
Eyelets are the small holes at the top of the cap that provide ventillation.

Button
The button holds the panels together (and also adds a nice finishing touch!)

Bill
The bill protects your face from the sun. Our bills are pre-curved.

Crown
The crown is the front of cap. In structured hats, a stiff material is placed behind the crown to form the structured shape.

Fun Fact: 

The baseball cap is called as such because it is part of the attire worn by baseball players. It gained popularity as an off-field fashion item in the late-1970s (Source: complex.com). These days, there are many more designs of baseball caps and it is worn by everyone from tiny toddlers to business professionals.

We will use embroidery for your caps. Cap embroidery gives a premium finish to your design or company logo and adds a touch of professionalism. We have many designs to choose where you can embroider anything from your organisation’s logo to personalize names and numbers.
